We had the most amazing time at Allison Louise Bridal. Michelle is incredibly helpful, thoughtful and experienced - the whole appointment was a relaxed and joyful experience. Michelle went above and beyond for us. Livi was an absolute star too - helping me choose the most gorgeous dress! I had seen a dress online that was exactly what I was looking for, and after checking it was available, Michelle helped me book an appointment around my availability. The dress was even more beautiful in person! She offered for me to try a few other styles, but I just really had my eye on this dress. Michelle helped me into the dress, showed me how it looked from every angle, and we tried different veils to complete the look. I said yes to the dress, and Michelle was so lovely throughout—even giving me a hug at the end! Before we even entered the bridal shop we noticed the sweetest little sign to welcome my daughter to her bridal dress shopping ! Michelle has the most incredible welcoming smile that puts you at ease instantly. Michelle listens carefully to the bride for the details she desires to create the vision the  bride truly deserves. In our case Michelle picked out a dress based on my daughter’s vision and Voila that was the dress she chose. The shop is extremely well organised with attention to detail being paramount. I had such a wonderful experience finding my wedding dress here. Michelle was incredibly attentive and made me feel completely heard throughout the whole process. There was never any pressure or rush and she really took the time to listen to what I liked and was was looking for.
